LUMEN PADDLES SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping times vary depending on location.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Domestic flat rates: Shipping charges for your order will be a flat rate for the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying territories will be charged a different flat rate.
Free shipping for orders over $99 and less than $500 shipped to a single contiguous U.S. address (not including Alaska, Hawaii, and territories), after promotions and discounts are applied. Gift cards, packaging, and taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free shipping. Offer and delivery times are subject to change without notice.
International flat rates: We ship globally. Shipping charges for your order will be charged at a flat, international rate.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lumenpaddles.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. See our refund policy.
If your product arrives damaged in any way, please email us at info@lumenpaddles.com as soon as possible, providing your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We evaluate these on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a suitable resolution.
